The Bible explains that the universe was not created by accident and that men and women are created for a purpose. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" Genesis 1:1. The Bible also reveals:
The human condition and how we have become separated from God by going our own way. Sadly, we have all broken God's moral laws "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God," Romans 3:23. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23. Sin is breaking God's moral law as set out in the ten commandments. Have you ever, even once told even a small lie, or ever failed to put your relationship with God first?
The nature of the Creator and His love towards His creation. "In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins." 1 John 4:10. "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8.
God wants to be reunited with all men and women. Jesus promises there is life after physical death, resurrection for all.
For some there will be "the resurrection of life" and for others "the resurrection of damnation" see John 5:29.
Jesus said He is the only way to the resurrection of life; "I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through me." John 14:6. "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven." Matthew 10:32-33.
